Lead with what the product is

Visitors should quickly understand the product name, purpose and size. Use a clean lead image that shows the packaging clearly, followed by useful details and an application or scale reference where appropriate. A cinematic film can create interest, but the page still needs readable information for someone who cannot or does not want to watch it.

Write for the questions customers actually ask. For a care product, these may concern the intended area of use, the texture, ingredients and directions. Separate verified product information from brand storytelling so readers can find both without confusion.

Put evidence beside the claim

Avoid filling the page with broad promises that cannot be checked. If you publish a performance claim, keep the relevant evidence and conditions close to it. Do not turn the presence of one ingredient into a guaranteed result for the finished formula. Where a fact comes from the packaging, say so and keep it aligned with the version being sold.

Explain the purchase conditions clearly. Price, availability, delivery and returns should come from the store responsible for the transaction. If a group website links to a separate brand store, make that destination explicit rather than suggesting that the group page has live stock or order information.

Make the journey work on mobile

Use headings that describe the content, concise paragraphs and controls that are easy to tap. Give images meaningful alternative text and reserve space for media so the page does not jump as it loads. Load supporting videos when needed and keep a still image available.

Test the main path: open the product, read directions, inspect ingredients and reach the correct store or checkout. Check it in every published language. A translated menu is not enough if the product explanation or destination becomes unclear halfway through the journey.

Help search engines understand the page

Use a distinct page title, a useful description and a clear heading structure. Mention the terms customers use naturally, without repeating them mechanically. Link related educational articles to the relevant product pages when that connection helps the reader.

Review performance using real questions and observed behaviour. A confusing support question may reveal missing information; a slow media block may reveal a technical problem. Improve those specific issues before adding more effects. A good page combines visual confidence with information people can trust and act on.
